All entries must be received within this time frame.
HOW TO ENTER
1. PURCHASE ENTRY
Participants receive entries based on qualifying purchases made through the Numee Health website during the promotional period.
2. FREE ENTRY (ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY – AMOE)
To enter without purchase, participants may:
- Submit a request via the designated entry form or
- Mail in a handwritten entry (if applicable to your campaign)
Each free entry must:
- Include full name, email, and mailing address
- Be received before the promotion ends
- Follow all instructions exactly
Limit: One free entry per person unless otherwise stated.
WINNER SELECTION
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION
